21日は最高気温が茨城県筑西市西石田と埼玉県鳩山町で39。On the 21st, the highest temperature reached 39°C in Nishiishida, Chikusei City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and Hatoyama Town, Saitama Prefecture.
It reached dangerously high temperatures, such as exactly 39 degrees Celsius three times in Nagoya City.
気象庁によりますと、22日も広く高気圧に覆われ、晴れて気温が上がる見込みです。

日中の最高気温は名古屋市と岐阜市、京都市、京都府舞鶴市で38度と危険な暑さが見込まれるほか、福井市や大津市、鳥取市で37度、前橋市や大阪市で36度、福島県会津若松市や東京の都心、富山市、広島市で35度と各地で猛暑日が予想されています。

22日も熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなるとして、関東から九州にかけての19の都府県に熱中症警戒アラートが発表されています。

エアコンを適切に使用したり、水分・塩分を補給したりするなど熱中症対策を徹底してください。
