気象庁によりますと、前線を伴った低気圧が発達しながら北海道付近を通過する影響で、北日本では27日にかけて暖かく湿った空気が流れ込み、大気の状態が非常に不安定となる見込みです。
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, due to a low-pressure system with a front passing near Hokkaido while developing, warm and moist air is expected to flow into northern Japan through the 27th, making atmospheric conditions very unstable.
北海道と東北では27日にかけて雷を伴って激しい雨が降り、大雨となる見込みで、26日夜遅くにかけては北海道の日本海側北部とオホーツク海側北部で、27日は東北の日本海側で1時間に50ミリの非常に激しい雨が降るおそれがあります。
In Hokkaido and the Tohoku region, heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms is expected through the 27th, with the possibility of torrential downpours. Late at night on the 26th, very heavy rain of up to 50 millimeters per hour may fall in northern parts of Hokkaido facing the Sea of Japan and the northern Okhotsk coast, and on the 27th, on the Sea of Japan side of Tohoku.

気象庁は、土砂災害や低い土地の浸水、川の増水・氾濫に警戒するとともに落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風、ひょうに注意するよう呼びかけています。
The Japan Meteorological Agency is urging people to be on alert for landslides, flooding in low-lying areas, rising and overflowing rivers, as well as to watch out for lightning, tornadoes, strong gusty winds, and hail.
