東京地方裁判所で
開かれます。
The first trial of former House of Councillors member Yasumasa Ohno, who was indicted without detention for failing to record party income kicked back from the former Abe faction of the Liberal Democratic Party in his political funds report, will be held at the Tokyo District Court on the 10th.

The former lawmaker has explained so far that they were not involved in the preparation of the income and expenditure report, and plans to plead not guilty in court.
自民党の旧安倍派に所属していた元参議院議員の大野泰正被告（66）と秘書だった岩田佳子被告（62）は、派閥から5100万円余りのキックバックを受けたにもかかわらず、資金管理団体の収支報告書に収入として記載していなかったとして、政治資金規正法違反の罪に問われています。
Former House of Councillors member Yasumasa Ohno 66, who belonged to the former Abe faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, and his former secretary Yoshiko Iwata 62, are charged with violating the Political Funds Control Act for allegedly failing to record more than 51 million yen in kickbacks received from the faction as income in the financial reports of their political funding organization.
初公判は、10日午後1時半から東京地方裁判所で開かれます。
The first trial will be held at the Tokyo District Court from 1:30 p.m. on the 10th.
元議員は、去年1月の記者会見で「収支報告書の作成はすべて事務所スタッフに任せていて、関与したことはない」と述べていて、関係者によりますと裁判で無罪を主張する方針です。
The former lawmaker stated at a press conference in January last year, I left the preparation of the income and expenditure reports entirely to my office staff and have never been involved. According to those involved, they plan to plead not guilty in court.
また、元秘書も無罪を主張するということです。

一連の事件では、国会議員や派閥の会計責任者など合わせて12人が立件されていますが、当時の議員の裁判が公開の法廷で開かれるのは初めてです。
In this series of incidents, a total of 12 people, including members of parliament and faction accountants, have been indicted, but this is the first time that a trial for a sitting lawmaker will be held in an open court.
これまでに旧安倍派と旧二階派の当時の会計責任者は執行猶予の付いた有罪判決が確定しているほか、6人は罰金の略式命令を受けて有罪が確定しています。
So far, the former accounting managers of the former Abe faction and the former Nikai faction have been convicted with suspended sentences, and six others have received summary orders to pay fines and have been found guilty.
