三重県四日市市の
地下駐車場について、
国土交通省は
17日午前までに
排水作業が
完了し、すべての
冠水が
解消したと
発表しました。
On the 12th of this month, record-breaking heavy rain caused flooding in an underground parking lot in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, damaging more than 270 cars. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced that as of the morning of the 17th, drainage work had been completed and all flooding had been resolved.
一方、車は駐車場に残されたままの状態で搬出できるめどは立っていないということです。
On the other hand, there is currently no prospect for removing the car, which remains in the parking lot.
四日市市中心部にある第三セクターの会社が運営する地下駐車場、「くすの木パーキング」は、今月12日の記録的な大雨で地下2階は3メートル50センチの天井の高さまで完全に水没し、地下1階も最も深いところで1メートル20センチの高さまで水につかりました。
The underground parking lot Kusunoki Parking, operated by a third-sector company located in the center of Yokkaichi City, was completely submerged up to the 3.5-meter-high ceiling on the second basement floor due to record-breaking heavy rain on the 12th of this month. The first basement floor was also flooded, with water reaching up to 1.2 meters at its deepest point.
国土交通省は、大雨の翌日の13日昼ごろからポンプ車などを使って排水を進め、14日午前6時に、地下1階の冠水が解消しました。
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism used pump trucks and other equipment to drain the water starting around noon on the 13th, the day after the heavy rain, and the flooding on the first basement floor was resolved by 6 a.m. on the 14th.
そして、作業開始からおよそ94時間がたった17日午前10時までに地下2階の排水作業も完了し、すべての冠水が解消したと発表しました。
And by 10 a.m. on the 17th, about 94 hours after work began, the drainage work on the second basement floor was also completed, and it was announced that all flooding had been resolved.
今回の浸水では、地下1階で160台、地下2階で114台の合わせて274台の車が水につかる被害を受けましたが、駐車場の運営会社によりますと車は駐車場に残されたままの状態だということです。
In this flooding, a total of 274 cars—160 on the first basement level and 114 on the second basement level—were submerged. According to the parking lot management company, the cars remain in the parking lot as they were.
運営会社は車の所有者と連絡を取っていますが、車を搬出できるめどは立っていないということです。
The operating company has contacted the car owner, but there is currently no prospect for removing the car.
