It has been learned from interviews with those involved that as part of Panasonic Holdings’ group restructuring, the core operating company Panasonic will begin soliciting early retirement next month as part of the planned workforce reduction of around 10,000 employees.

対象に、
早期退職の
募集を
行うことが
分かりました。
According to those involved, it has been learned that Panasonic, the main operating company of the group, which accounts for about 40% of the total workforce, will be soliciting voluntary early retirement from employees aged 40 to 59 with at least five years of service, for one month from the 1st to the 31st of next month.

年内をめどに
人員削減を
完了させるということです。
For employees who respond to the recruitment, the company will complete the personnel reduction by the end of the year, offering additional retirement benefits based on factors such as age.

着手している」などとして、

募集を
見送る
方針です。
