コンビニ大手では聴覚障害がある人とのコミュニケーションを深めるため、手話での接客を学ぶ仕組みを導入しました。

コンビニ大手では、店舗スタッフがあいさつなどの簡単な手話を学べるよう動画を作成し、従業員向けに提供を始めました。　
A large convenience store created a video to help store employees learn simple sign language like greetings and began making it available to employees.
これまで指差しで意思表示ができるシートを置いていましたが、より気軽にコミュニケーションを取ろうと導入されました。　
Until now, they had placed a sheet where people could indicate their intentions by pointing, but this video was introduced in an effort to communicate more easily. 　
来年4月には法改正により障害のある人から希望があった場合、事業者に対して無理のない範囲で意思の疎通や環境を整えることなどが義務化されます。
In April next year, the law will be amended, requiring businesses to communicate and provide reasonable accommodations if people with disabilities make requests.
