ロシアのプーチン大統領とフランスのマクロン大統領が電話会談に臨みました。
Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron had a phone call.
しかし、2時間余りの会談で進展はみられませんでした。　
However, the two-hour talks did not make any progress.
会談でプーチン大統領はウクライナが戦争犯罪をしていると主張したほか、ヨーロッパ諸国にウクライナへの武器供与を止めるよう求めました。　
At the talk, President Putin said that Ukraine was committing war crimes and called on European countries to stop supplying weapons to Ukraine.
また、「ウクライナ側には交渉に真剣に臨む態度がみられない」としつつ、対話には応じる姿勢を示したということです。　
He also said he was ready to respond to the dialogue, and said that "the Ukrainian side does not take the negotiation seriously".
一方、マクロン大統領は南部マリウポリからの民間人の避難について、行き先を自由に選べる形で続けるよう求めました。

また、世界的な食料安保への懸念から、ウクライナから食料輸出ができるよう国際機関と協力する用意があるとも伝えたということです。
