In addition, U.S. intelligence analysts suspect that Russia was behind the dam breach, but have obtained no solid evidence of involvement.
政府高官はダムに以前からあった損傷や水圧の上昇が決壊をもたらした可能性を否定しなかったものの、爆発による決壊が最も可能性が高いと見ているということです。
