江崎グリコはシステム障害の影響により、ほとんどの冷蔵商品の出荷を停止したと発表しました。　
Ezaki Glico announced that it has stopped shipping most of its frozen products due to a system error.
出荷を止めたのは「プッチンプリン」「カフェオーレ」などの人気商品を含む乳製品や洋生菓子、果汁・清涼飲料など17ブランドです。　
Shipments have been stopped for 17 brands, including dairy products, Western sweets, fruit juices and soft drinks, including popular products such as Pucchin Pudding and Cafe Ole.
江崎グリコによりますと、今月3日に基幹システムを切り替えたところ障害が発生し、受注や発注、出荷に影響が出ました。　
According to Ezaki Glico, an error occurred when the core system was turned on on the 3rd of this month, which affected orders, order placement, and shipping.
その後、全面復旧を目指して14日に出荷を止め、18日に再開しましたが、システムが正常に作動せず、19日に再び出荷を停止したということです。　
Shipments were then stopped on the 14th in an attempt to fully recover and resumed on the 18th, but the system did not function properly and shipments were suspended again on the 19th.
江崎グリコは謝罪したうえで、5月中旬の再開を目指して復旧作業に努めるとしています。
