11の酒蔵で日本酒が造れなくなっています。
1915年創業の珠洲市蛸島町にある桜田酒造は、地震の影響で店舗や酒蔵などが全壊しておよそ2000本の在庫が売り物にならなくなりました。
去年5月の地震で屋根などを修復したばかりでしたが、当面、出荷や製造はできない状況です。
「私の代で終わらせるのは本当にしのびないので、最初はダメかなと思ったんですけど、なんとか再建に向けて頑張っていこうと思っています」
石川県酒造組合連合会によりますと、奥能登地域で被災した11の酒造会社で今シーズンの製造ができなくなっているということです。
