ソフトバンクは携帯電話の契約先を乗り換える際に発生する手数料を無料にする方向で検討に入りました。

携帯電話の契約先を変更する場合、同じ電話番号のまま他社に乗り換える「番号持ち運び制度」を利用すると、現在は3000円の手数料が発生します。
When changing the carrier of the phone, if using a " number portability system" to switch to another company while keeping the same phone number, users are currently paying a 3,000 yen service fee.
総務省はこの手数料を見直し、オンラインで手続きする場合は「無料」に、店頭で手続きした場合は「1000円以下」にするよう携帯各社に要請する方針を示しています。

関係者によりますと、ソフトバンクはネットと店頭どちらの手続きの場合でも無料にする方向で検討しているということです。
