昨日の昼過ぎから夜にかけて、クレジットカードの決済システムで大規模な障害が発生し、駅やコンビニ店などでカードが利用できない状況が続きました。　
From early afternoon to yesterday evening, the credit card payment system encountered large-scale problems, with cards continuously unable to be used at train stations, convenience stores and other locations.
システム障害はクレジットカード会社と加盟店をつなぎデータをやりとりする日本カードネットワークで、午後1時半前に発生し、午後9時前に復旧しました。　
The system error occurred shortly before 1:30 p.m. at Japan Card Network, which connects credit card companies with member stores and exchanges data, and was restored shortly before 9 p.m.
特に午後6時前から1時間ほどは全体的に取引ができない可能性があったとしています。

JRの駅などではクレジットカードで切符が買えないといったトラブルが起きたほか、JR東日本によりますと、夕方からはスイカへのクレジットチャージも出来ない状態が続いたということです。

トラブルの規模や原因は分かっていません。
