昨日、日本をはじめ、世界各地のマクドナルドでシステム障害が発生し営業できなくなった問題でマクドナルドのグローバル本部は「プロバイダーの設定変更が原因だった」とする声明を出しました。
マクドナルドのグローバル最高情報責任者は15日、「マクドナルドのグローバル技術システムに障害が発生した」と発表しました。
原因について、「プロバイダーが設定を変更した際に不具合が生じた」としています。
また、「現在はすでに復旧し始めている」としたうえで「関係者にご迷惑をお掛けした」と謝罪しました。
日本マクドナルドによりますと、日本でのシステム障害は現在復旧し、ほぼ全店で営業を再開したということです。
モバイルオーダーなどのオンライン決済も先ほどから再開しています。
