日中平和友好条約の発効45周年を記念して、北京市内でレセプションが開かれました。
A reception was held in Beijing to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the Japan-China Treaty of Peace and Friendship.
中国外交トップの王毅氏が出席し、「善隣友好が唯一の正しい選択だ」と強調しました。
Wang Yi, China's top diplomat, attended and emphasized that "good neighborliness and friendship are the only correct choices."
「条約の最良の伝承は善隣友好を堅持し、民意の基盤を改善することだ。中国と日本は重要な隣国で、善隣友好は唯一の正しい選択だ」　
"The best way to pass the treaty is to maintain good neighborly friendship and improve public opinion. China and Japan are important neighbors, and good neighborly friendship is the only correct choice."
中国の王毅外相は、歴史問題や台湾問題を持ち出し、日本側を牽制しましたが、福島第一原発の処理水の問題には触れませんでした。　
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi raised historical issues and the Taiwan issue to restrain Japan, but did not mention the issue of treated water at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
一方、日本側からは福田康夫元総理が出席し、「条約の精神である平和・友好・協力を実現しなければならない」と訴えました。
On the other hand, from the Japanese side, former Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda attended and called: "We must realize the spirit of the treaty: peace, friendship and cooperation."
