東京オリンピック・パラリンピックに参加する選手らを対象に、新型コロナウイルス対策として守るべきルールをまとめた冊子が公表されました。　
A booklet gathering the rules to be followed as a countermeasure against the new strain corona virus has been released to the athletes participating in the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games.
「プレイブック」と名付けられた冊子には、握手をしないことや会話の際には距離を保つこと、また接触確認アプリを利用することなど基本的な感染対策がイラストとともに英語で書かれています。　
The booklet "Playbook" has illustrations and is written in English on basic infection control measures such as not shaking hands, keeping distance while talking, using contact confirmation app...
選手や大会関係者など、それぞれの立場に応じて4種類作られるということです。　
There will be 4 types depending on the positions such as the athletes and the people involved in the tournament.
大会関係者用の冊子には決められた場所以外への外出が制限されるなど厳しいルールが示されていて、重大な違反があった場合には大会に参加する権利が失われる可能性があるとしています。
The booklet for involved people shows strict rules such as restricting access to locations that are not the specified place, in case of serious violation, that person may lose the right to participate in the tournament.
