アメリカのSNS大手「ツイッター社」が、イーロン・マスク氏が設立した別の企業と合併し、消滅していたことが分かりました。　
The major American social networking company Twitter Inc. has merged with another company founded by Elon Musk and has ceased to exist.
アメリカ・テスラの最高経営責任者イーロン・マスク氏は、去年10月にツイッター社を買収しましたが、今月4日にツイッター側がカリフォルニア州の裁判所に提出した書類は、「ツイッター社はX社に合併され存在しない」としています。　
Tesla CEO Elon Musk acquired Twitter last October, but the document filed by Twitter in a California court on the 4th of this month states that "Twitter was incorporated with Company X and does not exist."
合併の理由など詳細は明らかになっていませんが、X社はマスク氏が保有する企業だということです。　
Details such as the reason for the merger remain unclear, but it is reported that Company X is owned by Musk.
