通信大手各社はウクライナへの国際電話などを無料化し、安否確認や情報収集を支援する動きが広がっています。
NTTグループは日本からウクライナへの国際電話を無料化し、ドコモの利用者がウクライナに滞在している場合には、音声通話やデータ通信などの料金を無料にしています。
KDDIやソフトバンクも同じようにウクライナへの電話や現地に渡航している利用者の携帯電話の通信料などを無料にしています。
家族や知人の安否確認や情報収集をしやすくするのが狙いです。
いずれも今月末までの措置です。
楽天グループはウクライナで多く使われている通話アプリ「バイバー」の固定電話などへの通話機能を無料にしていて、現地での偽情報の拡散防止にもつなげたい考えです。
