Russian Spokesperson: Significant Gap in Memorandums Regarding Peace On the 21st, Kremlin spokesperson Peskov commented on the direct negotiations toward a ceasefire proposed by Ukraine, stating, At this point, the content of our memorandum and the memorandum presented by the Ukrainian side are completely opposite.
