決めました。
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has decided to revoke the designation of four municipalities—Soja City in Okayama Prefecture, Miyaki Town in Saga Prefecture, Unzen City in Nagasaki Prefecture, and Yamato Town in Kumamoto Prefecture—as eligible for the hometown tax program, due to violations of the related standards.

昨年度、ふるさと
納税の
返礼品としていたコメについて、
寄付額の
46.4％の
金額で
調達し、
返礼品の
調達費用は
寄付額の
3割以下とする
基準に
違反したということです。
また、
佐賀県みやき
町と
長崎県雲仙市、
それに熊本県山都町は、
返礼品の
調達費用や
送料など、
寄付を
募るための
費用の
総額を、
寄付額の
5割以下とする
基準に
違反したということです。
In addition, it was found that Miyaki Town in Saga Prefecture, Unzen City in Nagasaki Prefecture, and Yamato Town in Kumamoto Prefecture violated the standard that requires the total cost for procuring return gifts and shipping, as well as other expenses for soliciting donations, to be kept at 50% or less of the donation amount.

複数の
自治体が

違反していたことは
寄付者の
意向に
反すると
言わざるをえない。
