Although, the number of people who end up running away from these Companies and Factories is increasing.

去年きょねん逃にげた人ひとは９０００人にん以上いじょうで、５年ねん前まえの２倍ばいぐらいになりました

Last year, the people who left were over 9,000, double the amount of 5 years ago.

国くには、実習じっしゅうをしっかり行おこなわない会社かいしゃや、法律ほうりつを守まもらない会社かいしゃがあるため逃にげてしまったと考かんがえて、新あたらしい決きまりを作つくることにしました

For the Companies that are not practicing training strictly, and the ones that are not respecting the rules, thinking they escaped the law, the Country has taken a new decision.

新あたらしい決きまりでは、大勢おおぜいの技能実習生ぎのうじっしゅうせいが逃にげた会社かいしゃや団体だんたいは、新あたらしい技能実習生ぎのうじっしゅうせいにしばらく来きてもらうことができません

With the new regulation, the Companies and Organisations from which a lot of interns have left, they won’t be able to employ any new trainees for a while.
