Insider trading accused of four former Softbrain executives

　システム開発会社かいはつがいしゃソフトブレーン株かぶのインサイダー取引とりひきに関与かんよしたとして、ソフトブレーンの元幹部もとかんぶら4人にんが証券取引等監視委員会しょうけんとりひきとうかんしいいんかいに告発こくはつされました

Four former Softbrain executives were accused by the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission for being involved in insider trading of the system development company Softbrain.

　証券取引等監視委員会しょうけんとりひきとうかんしいいんかいによりますと、ソフトブレーンの内部監査室長ないぶかんさしつちょうだった宮澤一広氏みやざわかずひろし（56）はおととし7月がつ、ソフトブレーン株かぶの公開買こうかいがいい付つけ情報じょうほうが公表こうひょうされる前まえに、知人ちじんの男女だんじょ3人にんにこの情報じょうほうを伝達でんたつしたり共謀きょうぼうして買かい付つけていました

According to the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission, Mr. Kazuhiro Miyazawa (56), who was the director of the internal audit office of Softbrain, told three men and women he knew before the tender offer information for Softbrain shares was released in July. The total purchase amount exceeds 21 million yen, but the gain on sale has not been disclosed.

　証券取引等監視委員会しょうけんとりひきとうかんしいいんかいは、宮澤氏みやざわしと3人にんを東京地方検察庁とうきょうちほうけんさつちょうに告発こくはつしました

The Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission has accused Mr. Miyazawa and the three of them to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office.

　告発こくはつされた4人にんのうち、2万株まんかぶをおよそ670万円まんえんで購入こうにゅうしていた会社役員かいしゃやくいんの西野高秀容疑者にしのたかひでようぎしゃ（55）はすでに東京地検とうきょうちけんに逮捕たいほされています

Of the four accused, Takahide Nishino (55), a company officer who had purchased 20,000 shares for about 6.7 million yen, has already been arrested by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor’s Office.
