The auction is scheduled for February next year, with 250-year lease rights for King George's era buildings containing murals being put up for sale.

According to the real estate company, the five-storey building has a nightclub in the basement, with the upper floors open and could be converted into a rental home.

Future owners will be required to store "well hang rubber" but are not required to maintain it.
