Due to warm and moist air, atmospheric conditions were unstable over a wide area from northern Japan to western Japan, and radar analysis of the Monbetsu region of Hokkaido indicates that approximately 100 mm of heavy rain fell in one hour.

気象庁きしょうちょうは土砂どしゃ災害さいがいや低ひくい土地とちの浸水しんすい、川かわの増水ぞうすいに警戒けいかいするとともに、落雷らくらいや竜巻たつまきなどの激はげしい突風とっぷうにも注意ちゅういするよう呼よびかけています

The Japan Meteorological Agency is urging people to be alert for landslides, flooding of low-lying areas, and rising rivers, as well as for severe wind gusts, such as lightning strikes and tornadoes.

気象庁きしょうちょうによりますと、暖あたたかく湿しめった空気くうきや日にち中ちゅうの気温きおんの上昇じょうしょうの影響えいきょうで、北きた日本にっぽんから西日本にしにほんの広ひろい範囲はんいで大気たいきの状態じょうたいが不安定ふあんていになっていて、各地かくちで局地きょくち的てきに雨雲あまぐもが発達はったつしています

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, warm, moist air and rising daytime temperatures are causing unstable atmospheric conditions over a wide area from northern to western Japan, and rain clouds are developing locally in many areas.

北海道ほっかいどうの遠軽えんがる町まち生田原いくたはら付近ふきんでは、レーダーによる解析かいせきで午後ごご3時じ20分ふんまでの1時間じかんにおよそ100ミリの猛烈もうれつな雨あめが降ふったとみられます

In the vicinity of Ikutahara, Engaru-cho, Hokkaido, radar analysis indicates that approximately 100 mm of heavy rain fell in one hour until 3:20 pm.

また午後ごご3時半じはんまでの1時間じかんには、北海道ほっかいどうの恵庭えにわ市し下島松しもしままつで40.5ミリ、山口やまぐち県けんの山口やまぐち市し阿東あとう篠しの生せいで32ミリの激はげしい雨あめをそれぞれ観測かんそくしました

In addition, 40.5 mm of heavy rain was observed in Shimojimamatsu, Eniwa City, Hokkaido, and 32 mm of heavy rain was observed in Atoshinoo, Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, in one hour until 3:30 p.m.

北きた日本にっぽんから西日本にしにほんでは、28日にちにかけて大気たいきの不安定ふあんていな状態じょうたいが続つづき、雷かみなりを伴ともなって局地きょくち的てきに非常ひじょうに激はげしい雨あめが降ふるおそれがあります
