「やさしいゴム」を作ってみましょう。
Let's make "easy rubber".
このあやとりは、紐が伸びたり縮んだり、ゴムのように遊べる、とても簡単なあやとりです。
This is a very simple cat's cradle that you can play with like rubber, with the string stretching and contracting.
最初に親指に紐を掛けて、この紐二本を小指で下から取ります。
First, put the string over your thumbs, then take these two strings from below with your pinky fingers.
そして、この小指に掛かっている紐の下の方を、親指で下から取ったら...
Then, the bottom part of this string hanging from your pinkies, once you take that from below with your thumbs,
ビヨーンビヨーンビヨーン
Boing, boing, boing
「やさしいゴム」の出来上がりです。
And your "easy rubber" is complete.
ポイントは、手をすぼめてゴムを伸ばして、
The key is to contract your hands and extend the rubber,
手を広げてゴムが縮んだように、タイミングを合わせて動かすところです。
and expanding your hands, time the motion so it looks as if the rubber has contracted.
