東京都は今日から、QRコード決済を活用したポイント還元事業を始めました。
Starting today, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has started the business of exchanging points by paying with QR codes.
「auPAY」「d払い」「PayPay」「楽天ペイ」のいずれかを利用すると、最大10％が還元されます。　
If you use “auPAY”, “d Payment”, “PayPay” or “Rakuten Pay”, you can get up to 10% back.
対象は飲食店やスーパー、ドラッグストアなど都内およそ35万の店舗で、都民でなくても還元を受けられます。
About 350,000 stores in Tokyo, including restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, are eligible for discounts, and even non-residents of Tokyo can get discounts. 　
セブンイレブン、ファミリーマート、ローソンのコンビニエンスストア大手3社は含まれません。　
The three major convenience store companies, 7-Eleven, Family Mart and Lawson, are not included.
還元の上限は対象の決済サービスごとに3000円分で、4つのサービスをすべて利用すると、合計で最大1万2000円相当が戻ってくることになります。　
The highest cashback limit is 3,000 yen for each qualifying payment service, and if you use all four services, you can get a total of up to 12,000 yen back.
ポイント還元は、原資である都の予算91億円がなくなれば終了します。
The point exchange will end when the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's 9.1 billion yen budget is exhausted.
