気象庁によりますと、台風8号から変わった熱帯低気圧や、高気圧の縁をまわる暖かく湿った空気の影響で、九州南部から沖縄・奄美にかけて大気の状態が非常に不安定となっています

▽奄美で150ミリ、
▽九州南部で100ミリと予想されています

一方、大型で強い台風9号は、小笠原近海を1時間に20キロの速さで北へ進んでいて、28日から29日にかけて小笠原諸島に最も接近する見通しです
