まずはイランが戦闘を停止し、その後イスラエルが停止するとしていて、双方がこれを履行すれば、日本時間の25日にも戦闘が終結するとの認識を示しました。

このなかでトランプ大統領は、今回の投稿から約6時間後にイスラエルとイランの双方が現在進行中の「最後の任務」を終了するとした上で、そのあとについては「公式にイランが戦闘を停止する。
In this statement, about six hours after the post, President Trump said that both Israel and Iran would end their current “final mission,” and after that, “Iran would officially cease hostilities.”

“At the 12-hour mark, Israel will halt its military operations, and at the 24-hour mark, the official end of the war will be declared to the world,” he explained, expressing the view that if both sides observe the cessation of hostilities, the fighting could end as early as the 25th Japan time.
そのうえで「イスラエルとイランの両国が根気と勇気と知性をもって、『12日間戦争』と呼ぶべき戦争を終わらせることを祝福したい」とした上で、「この戦争は何年も続き、中東全域を破壊する可能性があったが、そうはならなかったし、今後もそうはならないだろう」としています。
On top of that, he said, I would like to congratulate both Israel and Iran for ending what should be called the 12-Day War with perseverance, courage, and intelligence. He also stated, This war could have lasted for years and destroyed the entire Middle East, but that did not happen, and it likely will not happen in the future either.
