More people move from Tokyo than people who come to Tokyo
総務省によると、今年４月から９月までの６か月に東京都に引っ越してきた人は、１９万４３９５人でした
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, 194,395 people moved to Tokyo during the six months from April to September this year.
The number of people who moved from Tokyo to other places was 199,937.
