働はたらく人ひとが足たりない仕事しごとを外国人がいこくじんができるように、2019年ねんに新あたらしい資格しかくができました

A new qualification was created in 2019 so that foreigners can do jobs where there are not enough workers.

この中なかの「特定技能とくていぎのう1号ごう」には12種類しゅるいの仕事しごとがあって、5年ねんの間あいだに働はたらく外国人がいこくじんの数かずの計画けいかくが決きまっています

There are 12 types of jobs for ”Specified Skilled Worker No. 1” in this, and the number of foreigners who will work in 5 years is planned

新型しんがたコロナウイルスの問題もんだいで経済けいざいの状況じょうきょうが大おおきく変かわったため、政府せいふはこの計画けいかくを変かえたいと考かんがえています

外国人がいこくじんの仕事しごとが少すくなくなっているレストランなどの仕事しごとでは、2万まん人にん少すくなくして約やく3万まん人にんまでに、ホテルや旅館りょかんの仕事しごとでは、1万まん人にん少すくなくして約やく1万まん人にんまでにします

For jobs such as restaurants where there are few foreign workers, we will reduce the number of workers by 20,000 to about 30,000, and for jobs at hotels and inns, we will reduce the number of workers by 10,000 to about 10,000.

家いえで食事しょくじする人ひとが増ふえているため、おかずや冷凍れいとう食品しょくひんなど食料品しょくりょうひんや飲のみ物ものを作つくる仕事しごとでは、5万まん人にん多おおくして約やく9万まん人にんまでにします

As the number of people who eat at home is increasing, we will increase the number of people who make food and drinks such as side dishes and frozen foods by 50,000 to about 90,000.

そして、半導体はんどうたいなどを作つくる工場こうじょうの仕事しごとでは、2万まん人にん多おおくして約やく5万まん人にんまでにします

政府せいふは、8月がつの終おわりまでに決きめる予定よていです
