APEC＝アジア太平洋経済協力会議で「首脳宣言」が採択されましたが、ウクライナ侵攻や中東情勢については明記されませんでした。
The leaders' declaration was adopted at the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) meeting, but did not explicitly mention the invasion of Ukraine or the situation in the Middle East.

サンフランシスコで開かれていたAPEC首脳会議は17日、「首脳宣言」を採択し、閉幕しました。　
The APEC Summit held in San Francisco ended on the 17th with the adoption of the Leaders' Declaration.
ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻や、中東情勢についても意見が交わされましたが、
Opinions were also exchanged regarding Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East,
一部の首脳から「APECは地政学的な問題を議論する場ではない」との意見が出て、「首脳宣言」への明記は見送られました。　
but some leaders expressed the view that "APEC is not a place to discuss geopolitical issues" so they decided not to include this content in the Leaders' Declaration.
ただ、議長国のアメリカが「大半の加盟国はロシアによるウクライナ侵攻を強く非難する」とした「議長声明」を発表し、核兵器の使用や威嚇は許されないと訴えました。
However, the United States, which holds the presidency, issued a “chairman's statement” saying that “the majority of member states strongly condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine” and declare that the use or threat of nuclear weapons will not be tolerated.
