The Mars Stone to be exhibited at the Japan Pavilion of the Osaka-Kansai Expo has departed from the National Institute of Polar Research in Tokyo heading towards Yumeshima in Osaka.

The Martian rock, one of the worlds largest meteorites from Mars, will be publicly displayed for the first time at the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
This is valuable evidence that water existed on Mars, but it is very fragile when exposed to the outside air, so it is being carefully transported in a vibration-dampening truck with strictly controlled temperature and humidity.
