A 6th grade elementary girl died by a hit-and-run in Sakai City, Osaka and a trailer driver was arrested
８日午後５時すぎ、大阪・堺市の交差点で、近くに住む小学６年生の松田玲海さん（11）が倒れているのが見つかり病院に運ばれましたが死亡しました

After hearing the circumstances from suspect Tatsuya Kamei (34), a driver from Niihama City, Ehime Prefecture, he was arrested around 4am on the 9th due to the suspicions of hit and run.
The police are in the crime scene to investigate situation of hit and run.
