This year’s books and magazine sales is likely to sell only its half.
Publishing science research laboratory thinks that sales of books and magazines will be about 1trillion and 2,800 billion yen, about 90 billion yen lower than last year this year.
It has been decreasing for the last 14 years. It is most likely to be less than half of the sales in 1996, when books and magazines had the most sales.
