The Copernicus Climate Change Service, a meteorological analysis agency of the EU (European Union), announced on the 8th that the global average temperature for the month of October was 15.3°C, 0.85°C higher than normal, the highest in recorded history.

　暑あつさの原因げんいんとして、太平洋東部たいへいようとうぶの赤道付近せきどうふきんで海面水温かいめんすいおんが高たかくなるエルニーニョ現象げんしょうが続つづいていることなどが上あげられています
