US Amazon acquires medical service company for 530 billion yen
米ネット通販大手アマゾンが、医療サービス企業の米ワンメディカルを約３９億ドル（約５３００億円）で買収することで合意したことがわかりました
It turns out that Amazon, a major online shopping company, has agreed to acquire the medical service company One Medical for about 3.9 billion dollars (about 530 billion yen).

One Medical is a membership-based medical service company that offers users 24/7 virtual medical services.
According to the company’s website, it operates in more than 10 major US markets and serves employees of more than 8,000 companies.
アマゾンは今回の買収について声明で、ヘルスケアは改革を必要とするリストの上位にあり、アマゾンが今後数年でヘルスケアの体験を劇的に改善することに役立つ企業のひとつとなれることを望むと述べました
