”Crying babies are easier to fall asleep when you hold them and walk”
理化学研究所などのグループは、生まれてから7か月以下の赤ちゃん21人が、どうしたら泣くのをやめたり眠ったりするか調べました
A group from RIKEN and others looked at how 21 babies under seven months old stopped crying and fell asleep.
We investigated four ways mothers hold and walk their babies, sit and hold them, move them in a stroller, and put them on a bed.

”Hold and walk” and ”stroller” have increased the number of babies who stop crying
All 11 babies who held and walked for 5 minutes stopped crying and about half fell asleep.
We also found that holding your baby for 5 to 8 minutes after he fell asleep before putting him on the bed made it harder for him to wake up.
