According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Dalton ordered after seeing a liquid containing isopropyl nitrite sold under the name ”Blue Boy” on a French mail order site and being introduced as having a sexual arousal effect.
It was shipped from France by international mail, but was caught by inspection by Tokyo Customs.
In response to the interrogation, Dalton stated that he ”imported it for his own use” and ”did not know that it was regulated in Japan.”
