Supreme Court Allows House Ways and Means to Disclose Trump Tax Records
米下院歳入委員会が内国歳入庁（ＩＲＳ）にトランプ前大統領の過去の納税記録を提出するよう求め、トランプ氏がこれを阻止しようと訴えていた裁判で、連邦最高裁は２２日、トランプ氏側の主張を退けて記録開示を支持する判断を下しました
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that Trump was trying to block the House Ways and Means Committee’s request from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to turn over Trump’s past tax records. I rejected the side’s claim and made a judgment in favor of the disclosure of records.

No dissenting opinion was added to the judgment of the Supreme Court
In response, Ways and Means Commissioner Neal pointed out that parliamentary oversight is the first principle since the Magna Carta that transcends politics.
The commission said it would finally implement the oversight it has been calling for for the past three-and-a-half years.
