New technology that can check the faces of many people with one camera
NEC has announced a technology that can quickly check the faces of many people at the entrance of an event venue with a single camera.
This camera predicts the movements of people walking, and when it sees a face, it checks whether it is the same as the registered photo.
You can check even if you are wearing a mask
If more than 100 people are checked per minute and there are unregistered people, a red mark will appear on the screen.
The company says the entrance will be less crowded because people who come to the venue don’t have to stop in front of the camera.
