8 dead in record heavy rains in Seoul, South Korea
韓国の首都ソウルが８日、記録的な豪雨に見舞われ、行政安全部（部は日本の省に相当）によると少なくとも８人が死亡しました
South Korea’s capital Seoul was hit by record heavy rain on the 8th, and at least eight people were killed, according to the Ministry of Public Administration and Safety.

Total rainfall reached 422mm in parts of Seoul from midnight on the 8th, and authorities raised the emergency alert level to the maximum.
