Sushiro acquires Kyotaru to strengthen takeout
「スシロー」が買収するのは吉野家ホールディングスの子会社で、持ち帰りのすしや回転ずしを展開する「京樽」です
”Sushiro” will acquire ”Kyotaru”, a subsidiary of Yoshinoya Holdings, which develops take-out sushi and rotating sushi.
All shares will be acquired from Yoshinoya Holdings in April this year.
The purchase price is not disclosed
”Sushiro” has doubled its take-out sales, and we would like to further capture the demand for take-out by acquiring Kyotaru, which is known for take-out.
”Kyotaru” also operates conveyor belt sushi chains such as ”Seafood Misaki Port”, but ”Sushiro” says that these brands will remain.
