Lost 4500 years ago ”Sun Temple” discovered by archaeological team in Egypt

A team of archaeologists have recently discovered the remains of what appears to be one of Egypt’s lost ”Sun Temples”.
It is believed to date from the mid-25th century BC
発見場所は首都カイロの南約１９キロに位置するアブグラブです
The place of discovery is Abu Gorab, which is located about 19 km south of the capital Cairo.
Associate Professor Massimilliano Nuszolo of the Institute of Advanced Studies on Asia, Polish Academy of Sciences, told CNN on the 15th that the remains were found buried under another temple in Abu Gorab .
アブグラブでは１８９８年、発掘作業中の考古学者らが、紀元前２４００年～２３７０年にかけてエジプトを統治した第５王朝第６代国王ニウセルラーの太陽神殿を発見していました
In 1898, during excavation in Abu Gorab, archaeologists discovered the sun temple of Nyuserre Ini, the sixth king of the Fifth Dynasty, who ruled Egypt between 2400 and 2370 BC.
今回の調査結果は、この神殿が別の太陽神殿の遺構の上に建てられたことを示唆するものです
The results of this survey suggest that this temple was built on the remains of another sun temple.
