　中国外務省ちゅうごくがいむしょうは21日にち、リトアニアとの外交関係がいこうかんけいをこれまでの「大使級たいしきゅう」から「代理公使級だいりこうしきゅう」に格下かくさげすると発表はっぴょうしました
