Hiroshima City Board of Education withdraws `Barefoot Gen` from peace education materials
The Hiroshima City Board of Education has decided to discontinue the inclusion of the manga Barefoot Gen in teaching materials for the Peace Education Program in elementary, junior high, and high schools, and change the content to something else.
