The hacker group ”Kilnet”, which is believed to be supporting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, has issued a statement claiming responsibility for the ”cyber attack on Japanese government sites.”

　ハッカー集団しゅうだん「キルネット」は6日午後むいかごご、SNS上じょうに日本政府にっぽんせいふが運営うんえいする行政ぎょうせいサイトなどに対たいしてサイバー攻撃こうげきを行おこなったとする投稿とうこうをしました

On the afternoon of the 6th, the hacker group ”Killnet” posted on SNS that they had carried out a cyber attack on administrative sites operated by the Japanese government.

　他ほかにもクレジットカード大手おおて「JCB」の決済けっさいシステムとソーシャルネットワークのミクシィに対たいしても攻撃こうげきしたと主張しゅちょうしています

They also claim to have attacked the payment system of the major credit card company ”JCB” and the social network Mixi.

　実際じっさい、日本政府にっぽんせいふのポータルサイトやJCBのホームページがアクセスしにくくなる事象じしょうが発生はっせいしました

In fact, an event occurred that made it difficult to access the Japanese government’s portal site and the JCB homepage.

　ミクシィも一時いちじ、つながらない状態じょうたいになりました

It temporarily became impossible to connect to Mixi.

　ロシアの独立系どくりつけいメディアによりますと、キルネットは今年初こんねんはじめに組織そしきされ、ロシアに制裁せいさいを科かした国くになどに対たいしてハッカー攻撃こうげきを仕掛しかけてきています

According to independent Russian media, Kilnet was formed earlier this year and has launched hacker attacks against countries that have imposed sanctions on Russia.
