Popular singer Justin Timberlake (43) was arrested by police in New York State on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, was taken into custody, and then released.

According to police, Timberlake was found driving a car while intoxicated at around 12:37 a.m. local time on the 18th in Sag Harbor, California.
Timberlake was driving a BMW that did not stop at a stop sign and was traveling outside of its lane.
