札幌さっぽろ管区かんく気象台きしょうだいによりますと、北海道ほっかいどう内ないは８はち日にちに続つづいて強つよいレベルの寒気さむけが上空じょうくうに流れ込ながれこんでいることや、晴はれて地表ちひょうの熱ねつが奪うばわれる「放射ほうしゃ冷却れいきゃく現象げんしょう」の影響えいきょうで冷え込ひえこんでいます
