気象庁によりますと、10日は南下した前線に向かって暖かく湿った空気が流れこんだ影響で関東甲信を中心に局地的な大雨となりました。
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, on the 10th, warm and humid air flowed toward the stationary front that had moved south, resulting in localized heavy rain mainly in the Kanto-Koshin region.
「記録的短時間大雨情報」があわせて31回、発表され、道路冠水や浸水の被害がでました。
A total of 31 “record-breaking short-term heavy rain warnings” were issued, resulting in road flooding and water damage.
前線が南下したため、関東には冷たい空気が流れ込み11日の日中は気温が上がらない見通しです。
